Being clear about what happened helps sort things out more quickly.
Being able to say what happened without adding judgments or blame is very difficult.
If you want your needs to be heard it is best to say what was the stimulus for your reaction and say it in a way they are unlikely to disagree with.
If you look again at how you described the problem have you written it in such a way that it says just what happened rather than what you think of them?
